You need a trustworthy place to see what AGNURA AI Assistant already shipped.

This changelog lists release-backed changes only. It does not treat roadmap ideas as live product. For what each action does today, use AGNURA Feature Reference by App and Action. For the product overview, use What Is AGNURA?.

Prerequisites

To compare this page with your install:

• Chrome with AGNURA installed (or ready to install from the Chrome Web Store)
• Ability to open chrome://extensions and find the extension version number
• Optional: the popup open so you can confirm menus match the notes below

Store listing copy and the package Google serves can lag the latest source tag by days. Always trust the version on your Extensions page for what is on your machine.

How to check your install:

1. Open chrome://extensions
2. Find AGNURA AI Assistant
3. Read the version under the name
4. If you need a refresh, use Chrome’s update path for extensions, or reinstall from the Chrome Web Store

How we write these notes

• Entries come from version bumps and user-visible commits in the extension repository.
• Dates are release or bump dates from that history, not marketing launch dates.
• We do not list future billing, hosted app.agnura.com plans, or unshipped features as if they already work.
• Older AppiFire-branded builds are the same product line before the AGNURA rename.

2.8.4 (2026-09-15)

Theme: LinkedIn Sales Navigator inbox compose (separate from classic Messaging).

User-visible notes in this line:

• New content script for Sales Navigator (/sales/inbox/...): Voice to Text + AGNURA AI menu (Write Reply, Rewrite Message, Select Template)
• Classic LinkedIn Messaging remains on its own script and skips /sales/ paths so the two surfaces do not share injection logic
• Sales Nav Write Reply uses thread-header name/headline and InMail thread context (thinner than full /in/ profile enrichment)

2.8.3 (2026-09-08)

Theme: AGNURA branding and store readiness.

User-visible and packaging notes in this line:

• Product rename from AppiFire to AGNURA across extension surfaces and assets
• Updated logos and listing-oriented description work for Chrome Web Store compliance
• Uninstall URL registration for the AGNURA AI Assistant package

If your Extensions page still shows an older AppiFire display name, update the extension or reinstall from the store listing URL above (item id stays the same).

2.7.4 (2026-08-24)

Theme: Speak selected text.

• Opt-in Speak selected text in Settings → General (off by default)
• Speaks a page highlight with Chrome TTS / OS voice on the active http(s) tab
• Does not send the highlight to managed AI or an AGNURA cloud
• LinkedIn create-post wizard close behavior fixed after insert into the share editor

2.7.3 / 2.7.1 (2026-08-16 to 2026-08-18)

Theme: LinkedIn helpers and draft safety.

Shipped in this window (version bumps 2.7.1 then 2.7.3):

• LinkedIn job matching / blocked-company helper for visible job cards (local list; not a full job-search system)
• Stronger draft validation on compose menus across platforms
• Template and compose UX improvements across writing surfaces
• LinkedIn comment-box and context extraction improvements

2.6.x to 2.5.x (2026-08-07 area)

Theme: Assistant naming and packaging.

• Display naming moved toward AI Assistant (still AppiFire-branded in that era)
• Package and store build updates through 2.5.1 / 2.6.3 line

Treat these as packaging and naming steps on the path to the later AGNURA rename, not as a new product category.

2.4.1 (2026-08-03)

Theme: Reddit writing help.

• Reddit comment and submit-post AGNURA AI menus (Write a Reply, Rewrite Reply, Rewrite Post, Voice to Text)
• Activate Reddit toggle in Settings → General
• Shared Rewrite Prompt continues to cover Reddit rewrite actions
• Privacy and feature docs updated for Reddit context handling

2.3.x (late July 2026)

Theme: Shared rewrite settings and packaging hardening.

• Unified Rewrite Prompt settings across channels
• Remote script URL stripping hardening in the 2.3.6 line
• Continued LinkedIn messaging UX work in the same period

Earlier capability waves (still in the current product)

These landed before the 2.8.x AGNURA rename. They remain part of what 2.8.3 can do. Exact first store push dates can differ from git bump dates.
