Terms of Service — AGNURA

1. Agreement

By installing the Extension, creating an account, or using managed AI or billing features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these Terms, abuse credits, or create risk for AGNURA or other users.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use AGNURA for unlawful spam, fraud, harassment, or deceptive outreach.
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or payment systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our APIs beyond normal product use.
• Violate Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Reddit, Stripe, or other platform terms while using AGNURA features on those sites.

4. AI drafts

AGNURA generates draft text that may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review every draft before sending. You are solely responsible for messages you send and for compliance with applicable laws and third-party rules.

5. Credits and plans

• Free credits are a one-time grant when you create an account (amount set by AGNURA). They do not refill monthly.
• Pro (monthly) is a paid subscription. Each paid period grants a credit allotment that must be used during that period. Unused credits expire at period end and do not roll over.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from the Upgrade / Billing page).
• Prices and monthly credit amounts may change for new checkouts; existing subscriptions keep the price set in Stripe until changed there.

6. Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges according to your plan until cancellation. Card data is handled by Stripe; we store billing identifiers needed to manage your subscription.

7. Intellectual property

AGNURA and its branding, software, and documentation remain our property. You retain rights to content you provide and drafts you create, subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGNURA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the Extension or cloud service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the paid service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amounts you paid to AGNURA for that service in that period.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
