On-Page SEO Checklist for One Page

A practical one-page SEO checklist aligned with AGNURA’s current-page checks: title, meta, headings, indexability, content, social, schema, and light origin probes.

SEO AuditsPublished Reading time 5 min

Your job is to audit one URL with a checklist you can finish in one sitting.

This list mirrors the kinds of checks AGNURA AI Assistant runs in SEO Analysis on the current tab. Length and density numbers below are tool heuristics, not Google ranking rules. For definitions and limits, read What Is an On-Page SEO Audit?. For product steps, read Run and Export an AGNURA SEO Analysis.

Primary Google references for concepts (not for AGNURA’s score math): Title links, Snippets, Canonicalization, Robots meta, Intro to robots.txt, Sitemaps.

Prerequisites

  • The live page open in Chrome (fully loaded if it is a JS-heavy SPA)
  • Access to edit the page, or a note list for the owner who can
  • Optional: AGNURA installed so you can run the same checks automatically

Direct answer

Work top to bottom:

  1. Confirm the page loads (HTTP OK, no surprise redirect loop).
  2. Fix indexability blockers (noindex, missing canonical when required, robots.txt blocking all).
  3. Fix title, meta description, and a clear H1.
  4. Strengthen content, images, and links.
  5. Complete social tags and schema that match visible content.
  6. Spot-check origin sitemap/robots hints.
  7. Re-run the audit after you publish fixes.

Mark each row Pass / Fix / N/A. Prefer Fix for High items before you polish Low items.

What success looks like

CheckPass means
ScopeYou audited one URL, not the whole domain
PriorityNo open High indexability or title/H1 blockers you can fix
HonestyHeuristic lengths treated as guidelines
ProofYou re-ran after changes or noted owner follow-ups

Limits

This checklist does not cover:
